As the CEO of Strategic Management Services & Solutions, LLC, a boutique consulting firm she has led since 2015, Tasha adeptly navigates complex challenges. She believes that “within the word challenge is the word change,” embracing every change as an opportunity to innovate, refocus, and improve.

Tasha has been sought out to develop and facilitate strategic planning retreats, workshops, trainings, webinars, and focus groups for national organizations, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the American College of Rheumatology, and the Patient Advocate Foundation. She is an active member of several advisory boards and workgroups, reflecting her commitment to improving health outcomes and promoting equity. Tasha holds a Master of Public Administration in Health Policy and Management from New York University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and Sociology, with a minor in Philosophy, from Northeastern University, providing her with a strong foundation in leadership and public management.

Beyond her professional roles, Tasha’s love for travel and exploration, instilled during her early life as a military brat, and her profound adaptability have enriched her professional endeavors and approach to cross-cultural and community-focused projects. However, her most cherished role is being a mother, nurturing and guiding two future legends.
