Tamara Falls, MS, is the Chief People and Culture Officer at United Way of the Columbia‑Willamette, where she leads people‑centered strategies rooted in equity, belonging, and organizational culture. With more than twenty years of experience in human services and community engagement, Tamara is deeply committed to advancing equity and building healthy, thriving communities for all.

She previously served as Metropolitan Family Service’s Chief Advocacy and Equity Officer, focusing on participant engagement, equitable policy advocacy, and inclusive program design for BIPOC and low‑income individuals and families. Tamara has also served as President of the Oregon Public Health Association and has held leadership roles with numerous community and health‑focused organizations. She holds a BA in Psychology and an MS in Human Services with an emphasis in Social and Community Services.

Currently, Tamara is serving as Co-Chair of the Oregon Board.
