Stacy Moe-Kean, APR, has spent over 25 years in nonprofit communications. Stacy is a
native Oregonian and University of Oregon alumna.
She is president of Kean Communications; a strategic communications and PR
consultancy focused on serving nonprofits and small businesses. In addition to her work
in strategic communications, she is a historical fiction novelist. Currently serving as the League of Minority Voters Co-Chair of Communications.
She served on the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Oregon Board as
President in 2024 and serves as the membership co-director on the North Pacific District
PRSA Board in 2025.
Stacy was the recipient of the 2016 Ron Schmidt Community Involvement Award, and
two Gold Hermes Creative Awards as editor in 2020 and 2021.
