I was born in Pakistan and grew up in Saudi Arabia. I moved to the United States after Medical School for further studies. I am a board-certified pediatrician. I have worked in various settings, from a rural health Center to an Urban Children’s Hospital to a suburban private practice, providing healthcare to children. I have published research papers in peer-reviewed journals. I serve as a diplomat on the American Board of Pediatrics. I am a member of the Washington Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and Washington Association of Pakistani physicians. I live in Seattle with my husband and son.
