Sanchita is responsible for developing and executing the company’s national strategy on diversity and inclusion, diversity goals, EEO/AAP analytics, ADA, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws related to affirmative action and equal employment opportunity, managing affirmative action program for over 20,000 employees and 30+ establishments, worked collaboratively with several levels of leadership and employee groups, employee conflicts, and building partnerships with internal and external diversity stakeholders.
