Rania Ayoub is a Strategic Marketing Manager at Applied Materials with nearly three decades of experience in communications and public relations across the nonprofit, private, and government sectors. Originally from Egypt and now based in California, Rania brings a global perspective and a deep commitment to community-centered leadership.

Over the years, she has served on the boards of several mission-driven organizations including the City Club of Portland, Vision Action Network, Race Talks, Neighborhood House, and the Muslim Educational Trust—where she led the development of an $8 million community and educational center. She also served as a commissioner with the City of Portland’s New Portlanders Policy Commission, advancing equity for immigrant communities.

Rania is a recipient of the Spirit of Portland Award and the Mediator’s Choice Award, reflecting her passion for building bridges and driving lasting impact. Outside of her professional life, she’s a proud mother of two young gentlemen, an avid traveler and hiker, and a dedicated advocate for youth empowerment and BIPOC communities.
