Michael Cully is a visionary, futurist, and passionate trailblazer in both business and life. His transformational and entrepreneurial leadership pushes companies to be disruptive in their space, achieve sustainable development, and ultimately outperform for stakeholders.

As an experienced C-suite executive, his experience in operations, marketing, economic development, policy and communications gives him a broad perspective and deep knowledge to strategically take any organization to the next level.

He has built cohesive, high-performance teams and organizations in the private, public and government sectors. From his early experiences as an Emmy award winning television reporter in markets around the country, to being recognized as, “Executive of the Year,” by the Central California chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Cully gives every opportunity and every organization his best.

His most recent role as Executive Director for the League of Oregon Cities, a governmental agency formed in 1925, allowed him to support and advocate for the 241 cities and 4.1 million residents in the State of Oregon. During his tenure with the League, Cully re-envisioned the organization and set about to make it a model for diversity, equity and inclusiveness not just in Oregon, but in the country. In 4 short years that vision became ingrained in the mission of the LOC, and that focus drives its work to this day.

Michael Cully has always been driven to make a difference in this world as a lifelong learner and an innovator in business. He holds an MBA in Global Entrepreneurship & Marketing, BS in Business & Marketing, and executive education from University of Oxford and the London School of Economics.

He is passionate about the mission and vision of the League of Minority Voters and excited to help drive it forward.
