Jane is the President and Founder of Seneca Point Strategies, a clean energy advisory company
based in the Midwest. Most recently, Jane was the Senior Vice President for Federal Regulatory &
Governmental Affairs and Public Policy for Exelon Corporation, a Fortune 200 energy company
serving over 10 million customers nationwide.

With over 25 years of experience in the energy and regulatory/legal sectors, Jane has held a number
of strategic senior leadership roles within Exelon. As SVP for Federal Regulatory & Governmental
Affairs and Public Policy, she led the formulation and advancement of critical energy policy for Exelon
at the federal level. As head of federal affairs, Jane oversaw Exelon’s stakeholder relations with the
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), the White House, Congress, and various federal
agencies. She has focused her advocacy on supporting the resiliency of America’s energy systems,
enabling an equitable transition to a clean energy future, and empowering communities through
workforce development and economic growth.

Both in her role as head of Exelon’s federal work and in her prior role as SVP for Exelon’s Business
Investments, Jane designed and led its enterprise-wide effort to secure close to $200 million in
federal funds for Exelon customers (especially those in disadvantaged communities) under historic
clean energy and infrastructure investment laws. Jane was also responsible for establishing an
enterprise-wide framework for Exelon to operationalize its net-zero carbon commitments.

As the former Chief Customer Officer for ComEd, an Exelon subsidiary, Jane led ComEd’s day-to-day
operations serving over 4 million customers, including energy efficiency, demand response, web and
digital channels, social media engagement, customer technology innovations, field operations, and
marketing. Prior to this role, Jane was VP Regulatory where she worked extensively with state and
local stakeholders on key energy regulatory matters.

Jane serves on a number of national and local boards focused on clean energy, community, and the
arts. She serves on the board of the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES), the Women’s
Congressional Policy Institute (WCPI), the Chicago Public Library Foundation, the Art Institute of
Chicago Woman’s Board, and the Chicago Botanic Garden. She was the founder and co-chair of
Exelon’s Pan Asian Executive Leadership Council and is involved with a number of national Asian
advocacy organizations.

Jane was a litigation partner and trial attorney over a decade at Kirkland & Ellis before joining Exelon.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from Harvard and her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
