Ashly Williams is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in executive leadership, strategic execution, and organizational development within fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. A former professional athlete, Ashly has carried the discipline, resilience, and teamwork from her athletic career into her corporate journey, excelling in leadership roles that emphasize diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).

Ashly holds a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion from Vanguard University of Southern California, where she graduated summa cum laude and was honored as a commencement speaker. Her academic work, including her thesis on racial microaggressions in the workplace, has been cited in prominent publications like the Washington Post.

Ashly currently serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at Pacific Rim Capital (PRC), a leader in equipment financing for Fortune 500 clients. She was brought on board for her extensive HR expertise in the financial services industry to support PRC’s ambitious goals of scaling operations and expanding into global markets. In her role, Ashly leads strategic initiatives to align people, culture, and processes with the company’s growth objectives, fostering an inclusive and innovative workplace that drives business success on a global scale.

Ashly is married to Jacob Williams, and together they have two daughters: Justice (age 7) and Kyng (who passed away but remains a cherished part of their family story).
