Andres began his career in Washington, DC, serving as a legislative aide to US Senator Harry Reid, followed by a stint under Nevada Governor Bob Miller. Subsequently, he honed his skills as a legislative affairs specialist with various boutique consulting firms while also contributing to numerous political and advocacy campaigns. His dedication to public service led him to assume the role of Senior Vice President at the political and advocacy think tank NDN. Concurrently, he played a pivotal role as the Vice Chair of the DNC Hispanic Caucus. Most recently, Andres founded and led the award-winning consulting firm Ramirez Group, where he served as President.
