Every October during Oregon’s Civil Rights Month, the League of Minority Voters (LMV) hosts a public forum on a current topic with strong impact to minority voters. During the event, Civil Rights Champions are also recognized and celebrated for their work in promoting diversity and inclusion of all people in Oregon.
