Molly is a public health leader known for translating ideas, needs, and vision into action and results. After beginning her career in local public health, she spent more than a decade in a leadership role within a rural health system, where she designed and led initiatives to build healthier, stronger communities. Her work has shaped a belief that strong communities do not happen by accident. They are built through hard work, authentic engagement, and intentional design grounded in community voice and participation.
Molly is passionate about rural communities and believes their voices should not be generalized or overlooked, but heard and engaged in shaping the future. She holds a Master of Public Health from Oregon State University (Go Beavs!).
Molly is a lifelong Oregonian, a mother of three, and operates a small farm with her husband in Klamath Falls.
