Kevin possesses a powerful and diverse professional background as a State Senator, White House advisor, global executive coach, NGO director and senior advisor and strategist for numerous global business executives, philanthropic leaders and senior public officials. His entire professional life has been purpose driven – working to help people, the planet and communities thrive. As State Senator, Kevin advanced some of the more progressive equality and conservation policies in the nation and as a senior advisor to President Obama’s National Ocean Council, he worked with communities from the Arctic circle to Florida on the importance of community engagement and conservation. As an executive coach, strategist and advisor and in his work at the Ocean Foundation, Meridian Institute, and the Pew Charitable Trusts, Kevin has continued to pursue his passion for community development, justice and conservation through advising others. He has worked directly with senior government officials and global business leaders in 37 U.S. states and eleven countries – inspiring and empowering dozens to advance progressive change in their own communities across the globe.
